My Notice Track
My Notice Track is an independent compliance monitoring and support platform designed to assist users in tracking notices issued on GST and Income Tax government portals. The service is intended to improve awareness of notices and facilitate timely action; it does not replace statutory obligations or independent professional advice.
To enable automated monitoring and alert services, users are required to provide their GST and/or Income Tax portal login credentials. By submitting such credentials, users expressly authorize My Notice Track to securely store and use them solely for the limited purpose of automated notice tracking and related monitoring activities. Access to government portals is performed through automated systems and API-based processes. Credentials are stored in encrypted form and are restricted to authorized system use only.
My Notice Track does not control, influence, alter, modify, suppress, delay, or prevent the issuance of any notice, demand, penalty, or legal proceeding by government authorities. All notices are generated and managed exclusively by the respective government departments. The platform does not guarantee prevention of penalties, waiver of interest, avoidance of scrutiny, or any specific legal outcome.
Monitoring depends on the availability, accessibility, and functionality of government portals and related systems. Changes in portal structure, authentication requirements, multi-factor authentication updates, captcha implementations, API restrictions, server downtime, regulatory changes, or other technical limitations may affect monitoring accuracy or timing. My Notice Track does not warrant uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free operation and shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that accurate PAN, GSTIN, and credential information is provided, that credentials remain valid, and that alerts are reviewed promptly. Users are responsible for taking appropriate compliance action within prescribed statutory timelines. Receipt of an alert does not constitute legal advice, confirmation of compliance status, or fulfillment of statutory obligations.
Where consulting, reply drafting, or filing assistance is availed, such services are advisory in nature and are based entirely on the documents and information shared by the user. Final responsibility for review, approval, submission, and compliance remains with the user. No guarantee is provided regarding acceptance of replies by authorities or the outcome of any proceeding.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and security safeguards, including encryption and restricted access controls, are implemented to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no digital system can be entirely immune from cybersecurity risks, third-party vulnerabilities, or unforeseen technical events.
My Notice Track is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any government authority, department, or official portal.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, My Notice Track shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from missed notices, portal downtime, technical failures, incorrect information provided by users, credential changes, regulatory modifications, penalties imposed by authorities, or reliance on the services provided.
By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer.
